Visiting Lecturer and Co-Director of dual LLM (International Business Law) degree
Dr. Michel Cannarsa is the co-director of the Maynooth-Lyon LL.M. in international business law. He is a lecturer at the Catholic University of Lyon Law School. He received his PhD from Université Jean Moulin – Lyon 3 and from Turin University in 2003. His areas of research are International and European Law, Comparative Law, Consumer Law, Law of Obligations and Legal Translation. He has been involved in the European research programme “Uniform Terminology for European Private Law” and in the “Consumer Law Compendium” project. He is also a member of the Law School’s Academic Board.
